Shipping policy

PAX Scrubs is a small business and a labour of love run by myself (Frankie), Anuj, and Moiz. We passionately manage this project during evenings but are ultimately doctors balancing clinical duties. We deeply appreciate your support for our unique venture.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and this email will contain your tracking code. Feel free to track your package using the provided code.

All orders are dispatched in 2–4 working days.

UK delivery

UK: £4.95
Free UK shipping if you spend over £85

International delivery

Republic of Ireland: £19.95 - duties-paid delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total; nothing is payable on delivery.
European shipping: £14.95
North America (Canada and United States): £24.95
Australia: from £24.95. Free shipping on orders over A$350. Orders under A$1,000 are not subject to Australian import charges.

All prices at checkout include any applicable UK VAT.

International orders and import charges

International orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Where duties and taxes are shown at checkout — either included in the price or as a separate "duties and taxes" line — the amount you pay at checkout is the total cost of your order. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

For all other destinations, the price paid to PAX Scrubs does not include destination-country import VAT, customs duty, postal handling or clearance fees. These charges are set by the destination country or the delivery provider, are payable by the recipient, and are separate from the delivery fee paid to PAX Scrubs. We cannot confirm the amount in advance.

Refused and uncollected international parcels

If a parcel is refused, not collected or returned because the recipient does not pay an import charge that was disclosed before purchase, we will normally process any refund after the parcel has been returned to and inspected by PAX Scrubs.

Where permitted by applicable consumer law, actual return-to-sender charges incurred by PAX Scrubs may be deducted from the refund. Any deduction will reflect the actual cost incurred and will be explained to the customer.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to late delivery, faulty goods or charges that were not properly disclosed before purchase.

Delayed international deliveries

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days.

If an order is delayed, please contact sales@paxscrubs.com. Where required by applicable law, customers may provide a reasonable additional delivery period. If delivery is not completed within that period, the customer may terminate the contract and receive the refund required by law.

Customer cooperation

Customers must provide reasonable information in their possession that is necessary to investigate or recover a shipment, including tracking information and copies of postal or customs notices.

Customers must notify us promptly if a cancelled or refunded parcel is subsequently delivered and must retain it while return arrangements are provided. Failure to provide information may delay our carrier investigation but does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
