How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
At present, for all returns or exchanges, please email sales@paxscrubs.com
Exchanges
Exchanges are free. If you need a different size, length, or colour, we’ll cover the cost of sending your replacement item out to you. Simply let us know what you’d like to swap to when you initiate your return, and we’ll get your new item on its way as soon as the original is received.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must be free from marks, stains, deodorant traces, and any signs of wear.
Return shipping and restocking is at the customer’s expense and you will be recharged a restocking fee of £2.99. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
What Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing their original tags. Sale items and bespoke or embroidered orders are final sale unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which remain unaffected.
